JDRF Support

Hey Everyone! I am a proud member of JDRF, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. I have Type 1 Diabetes (known as Juvenile Diabetes) and was diagnosed in January 2000. I would really appreciate your support of me as I prepare for the 2009 Walk To Cure Diabetes on September 26, 2009 located in Orem, UT. Please consider making a donation in any amount you can:

I'd like to thank everyone in advance for donations! Unfortunately this year I will not have the opportunity to walk this year. That exact same morning I will be attending the Commencement Ceremony for Provo College. I will get to walk early and then later get my diploma in November when I finish my last term. I still accept donations and I appreciate it in any amount!

Great weekend!

I had an awesome weekend! First of all I started moving out on Friday and got to the condo in Payson. My brother helped me unload and then went back to my apt to get my food and vacuumed my room. Then came back and worked on unpacking some stuff. My sister, brother and law and their baby came. It was good to see them and my nephew! Saturday I went back to my apartment to get it cleaned and ready for the checkout process. I got done with that and then washed my car. Came back and passed the checkout!

Then I called Rachel up and I waited for her to get ready. Then we met at the University Mall in Orem and went to a Mexican Restaurant in Provo. It was pretty good and I hadn't been there for a while. We had a good time meeting each other and we just may yet go out again! In fact I was chatting with her tonight and I asked her if she wanted to go to the Taylor Swift concert next month! And she said she'd love to! So I"m pretty excited that I found someone to come and glad that she is the one that will come with me. For those of you who are unaware of my music tastes, I love country music, and Taylor Swift is my next favorite after Rascal Flatts. She is # 2. She is pretty good and I love her music.
