Great fun and tiring weekend

I had a lot of fun with Rachel this weekend. Friday (June 26th) we went to the Mormon Miracle Pageant in Manti, UT. It was her first time going and despite it being pretty cold we both enjoyed it. She thought it was pretty cool and all. I enjoyed spending the time with her. I got her home just after 1 am and I got myself back just after 1:30 am. So it was a late night but well worth it.

Rachel had to work Saturday (June 27th) until noon. I then met her and we got ready for our hike! Our hike was awesome! We went to Stewart Falls and she loved it! There was a lot of water coming down and it was wet. It felt really nice since it was 80+ outside. I'm glad that I finally took her there and had a good time. After that we came back and changed to go to the Oquirrh Mountain Temple Open House. We got into the 5:30 tour and the temple is pretty nice! Had an enjoyable time once again. After taking her home I came back so I could work on laundry and a little bit of homework.

Sunday (June 28) I went to church with her. It was pretty good and all. After church we watched a movie and then planned out exactly what we are going to do in San Diego and a very good estimate of what money type budget we have. We're planning on going to San Diego and August and visiting Disneyland, some of her family, San Diego and Los Angeles Temples. It will be quite a good vacation for me and her.

I think that I am now finally starting to get over the fact that we probably won't be getting back together as boyfriend/girlfriend. However we are going to remain great friends (even though that makes me a little sad). She may be enlisting in the U.S. Coast Guard and that will be 4 years or so. But like I said we are going to remain friends at the very least. I have learned quite a few things since being with her. I know we were meant to meet each other and that one purpose was for me to comfort her during some hard times. I will not ever be able to deny that. Rachel is very awesome and I hope she finds someone as lucky as I once was. As sad as it is I really do hope she does find someone. I repeat myself and say that we will remain best friends.

School and work are going quite good for me. Enjoying my job and interacting with coworkers. School is great! I have just one term left and expect to be graduating in November.
