JDRF Support

Hey Everyone! I am a proud member of JDRF, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. I have Type 1 Diabetes (known as Juvenile Diabetes) and was diagnosed in January 2000. I would really appreciate your support of me as I prepare for the 2009 Walk To Cure Diabetes on September 26, 2009 located in Orem, UT. Please consider making a donation in any amount you can:

I'd like to thank everyone in advance for donations! Unfortunately this year I will not have the opportunity to walk this year. That exact same morning I will be attending the Commencement Ceremony for Provo College. I will get to walk early and then later get my diploma in November when I finish my last term. I still accept donations and I appreciate it in any amount!

Great week with the girl I love

First of all my week minus being with Carol has been pretty normal. Work and school was good all week. School I have a little over a week left of this term. I got a letter earlier this month saying that I have the option to "Graduate" atleast walk early. That will be happening on September 26. My other option was to wait until January and I don't want to wait that long. So my fee for the cap and gown was due wed and so I got that paid.

Started of the week pretty good with Shannon. I helped her with finding jobs and some paperwork. The next day she told me she lost her job and that we would be unable to go to San Diego anymore. I was sad about that but at the same time I am still trying to help her out with finding a job. Friday, I received some frustrating news from her. She told me that she still has her job and so now I won't be able to go to San Diego because with the money I had saved up I paid off a credit card. She will end up going to San Diego with her father for a few days. You could say that Shannon and I had our first fight. It wasn't very pleasant. Anyways onto the good stuff!

Carol and I spent every evening together! One of the nights we got a little crazy poking each other and just doing random stuff. It was such a fun night and I can tell our love is continuing to grow for each other. Thursday my coworker and friend got married. Carol and I attended the reception and it was pretty good! Got to see my friend, Danny and how happy he is! I just can't wait for the day that it will be me in that position!

Friday night Carol and I went to the temple. We did an endowment session together and that was just a great experience! For one because it is the first time that I could go in the temple with someone I love and just be able to spend time together in the peaceful Celestial Room. I had some questions pondering in my mind and they were not answered at the time I was in the room. However I am patient and will continue to look for the answers. In the meantime I just love spending all the time with Carol and I feel so good and happy when we do! It doesn't even matter what we do I still have a great time with her!

Saturday we didn't see each other until the evening. We mainly spent time at her parents house watching the movie "Emma Smith My Story" while she was also doing her laundry. It was great and I love her so much! We hate spending time away from each other but its life right now.

Today I will be going to church with her and I'm quite sure it will be great! I have to come back to see my Bishop about getting the little green ticket thing for the Oquirrh Mountain Temple Dedication next week. Carol and I are planning on attending together. But thats it for now and I should have a wonderful wonderful time with Carol today! I also have dinner with her family and I'm excited to meet more of them!
