Sat August 8
I had a great time this weekend spending time with friends and loved ones. After getting back from the dealership I spent some time with Carol. We stayed in her aptartment talking and I showed her pictures on my computer. Also showed my mission pictures and she really enjoyed looking through all of it. I left at about 2 pm so I could get home and get ready for Shannon's B-Day party.
Shaun drove his car and we had a fairly good time at the party. Got Shannon her gift and she was happy! Food was good and met some of her friends. Shaun and I left about 7 pm and headed to the church where Carol's ward was having a talent show. I found her and then soon after it was her turn to go perform. She played the guitar and sang a song she wrote. I thought it was amazing and my love grew more for her while watching her! She came back and I told her she did a good job. We held hands pretty much for the rest of the time. Later left and we said goodbye. We plan on seeing each other tomorrow after dinner. So we will see what happens!
Sunday August 9
Church was all good and stuff. Had dinner then went over to Carol's Apartment. We talked inside her apartment and then decided to take a walk. We ended up walking all the way to her parents house and so I met them. They are nice people and I will get to meet her family next week for dinner. We walked back and then took a few pics. Then went back into her apartment and just kinda hung out. Towards the end we both kinda just slept and she used me as a pillow which I liked! It was getting late and neither one of us wanted to see me leave. But I needed to so we both could get some sleep for the new week which is about to start!
