JDRF Support

Hey Everyone! I am a proud member of JDRF, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. I have Type 1 Diabetes (known as Juvenile Diabetes) and was diagnosed in January 2000. I would really appreciate your support of me as I prepare for the 2009 Walk To Cure Diabetes on September 26, 2009 located in Orem, UT. Please consider making a donation in any amount you can:

I'd like to thank everyone in advance for donations! Unfortunately this year I will not have the opportunity to walk this year. That exact same morning I will be attending the Commencement Ceremony for Provo College. I will get to walk early and then later get my diploma in November when I finish my last term. I still accept donations and I appreciate it in any amount!

WE ARE GETTING MARRIED!!!

This week has been so incredible for Carol and I. Thursday night we got to talking and somehow asking what her ring size was brought up. We decided that night that we are going to get married! We are so happy together and we know that its right that we get married. Friday we decided that our big day will be December 31, 2009, New Years Eve morning. I cannot believe this is happening! I have waited for so long and I am so overjoyed! Lately we have been reading scriptures together every night before we depart. I am going to keep this up with her for every single day of our lives! Saturday we had a great time together. Decided to go home and have Carol meet my parents. I couldn't hold it in much longer of our excitement! So I told my parents and all who was there. My sister, nephew and brother were there to hear that Carol and I are getting married December 21, 2009. Carol had also called the SLC temple (our temple of choice) and setup our sealing time for 8:40 am. I cannot express how excited I am for this day to finally come!

Sunday:

Today was great. We went to the Oquirrh Mountain Temple Dedication and it was so good! After that we read each others patriarchal blessings and I received a huge confirmation that Carol is the one I am supposed to marry! Today we were looking at houses/apts to live in. Also looked at some cakes and put some names together for wedding invitations. Now I still have to ask Carol's father to marry her. I'm sure it will be soon and that he will say that I can marry his daughter. This has been quite an amazing last few days! We are so happy together and we ARE GETTING MARRIED!!!!
